AT THE ALTAR  —  Month-of Coordination  —  $3,500

You've planned every beautiful detail; I make sure it all runs flawlessly so you can enjoy your day. Includes two consultations, unlimited communication starting 6 weeks out, full vendor confirmation, a detailed wedding-day timeline, final venue walk-through, rehearsal coordination, up to 10 hours of on-site coordination, and a lead coordinator plus assistant on your wedding day.

 

LAST FITTING  —  Partial Planning  —  $4,500

Already started but feeling overwhelmed? I pick up where you left off. Everything in At The Altar, plus planning support beginning 4–6 months out, up to four planning meetings, vendor recommendations and help booking up to five remaining vendors, budget and design guidance, layout assistance, and RSVP support.

 

DIAMOND  —  Full-Service Planning  —  $5,500

White-glove planning from the first idea to the final send-off. Everything in Last Fitting, plus full planning with unlimited meetings, custom vendor curation, budget creation and management, complete design and décor, venue scouting, guest accommodations support, and a VIP day-of team.

 

DESTINATION WEDDINGS  —  Custom quote

Getting married beyond Florida? From a vineyard in Tuscany to a beach in Tulum, destination weddings are scoped and quoted custom after our consultation. Travel within the U.S. and abroad available.

 

To reserve your date, a signed contract and 50% retainer are required, with the balance due 30 days before your wedding. Every package can be tailored — let's chat about what's right for you.
